• Upload your photos using the secure link provided after purchase
• We review and process your order within 1-2 business days
• Production and shipping typically takes 3-5 business days

4. Image Requirements & Rights

• You must own the rights to all images you upload or have permission to use them
• We recommend high resolution images (at least 300 DPI) for best results. For images under 300 DPI, we can only guarantee the quality of what has been uploaded
• We reserve the right to refuse orders with inappropriate, copyrighted, or low-quality images
• You grant us permission to print and process your images solely for fulfilling your order

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes
• Payment is required at time of order
• We accept major credit cards and PayPal
• Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders honor the original price

6. Limitation of Liability
