Once you complete your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details and a unique upload link. This link allows you to securely upload your photos for printing. You can upload photos immediately or save the link for later.
Our upload system is designed to be simple and user-friendly. You can upload photos individually for each magnet, or use our bulk upload feature to apply the same photo to multiple magnets. Our system automatically crops your images to fit perfectly, and you can manually adjust the cropping if needed.
Your order enters production as soon as you upload all required photos. We'll send you updates throughout the process - from "Photos Received" to "In Production" to "Shipped". Most orders are printed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Yes! You can track your order status through your account dashboard or the tracking link in your confirmation email. You'll receive email notifications at each stage, and once shipped, you'll get a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.
